These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use and access to the websites, goods, and services ("Products"). Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions and contact us if you have any issues. You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy by accessing or using our Products.
Hayllo has the right, at any time, to update or modify these Terms (including our policies that are incorporated into these Terms). It is highly recommended that you read these terms regularly. By continuing to use the Platforms after the updated Terms are posted, you will be assumed to have consented to the amended Terms.
i. Use of Hayllo
Please provide personal information such as a valid email address, mobile phone number and unique password when creating an account. Depending on the payment method you choose, you may need to provide your credit card details to purchase your order. Your unique password should not be shared with anyone, and you agree to keep it a secret. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You accept that all orders placed through your Hayllo account are your sole responsibility, except in the case of fraud or abuse for which you are not responsible.
Hayllo is not responsible for orders that have delivery problems as a result of insufficient, inaccurate or missing information you provide. You must provide complete, accurate and true information for the proper processing of your order, including shipping address and contact information.
If you would like to delete your Hayllo account, please let us know by email. We may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of your Hayllo account and / or platform if we reasonably believe that someone else has unauthorised access to your Hayllo account or if we suspect or discover that you have engaged in any activity or behavior that is in violation of these Terms, our policies and guidelines, or if, in our sole discretion, you engage in any activity or behavior that constitutes an abuse of the Platform.

You must be of legal age to purchase alcohol. Hayllo, the seller and its suppliers, in their sole discretion, reserve the following rights from time to time to ask you to provide valid proof of age (IC number) prior to delivering alcohol. We refuse to deliver if you cannot prove that you have reached the age for legal alcohol usage.
v. Ordering & Shipping
Hayllo is under no obligation to provide information about ingredients or allergens on the platform. In addition, Hayllo does not warrant that the products it sells are allergen-free. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact us before placing an order on our platform.
vi. Time of Delivery
When you click on 'My orders' on the Platforms, you can view the remaining delivery time of your order. You agree that the delivery times we provide are approximate timings as orders may arrive sooner or later than the indicated timing. To avoid missing a delivery of an Order, make sure that you or someone else is at the delivery location to accept the Order.

If we attempt to ship your order but are unable to deliver for any of your reasons, such as no one was around to accept the orders or an attempt was made to contact the customer using the phone number provided, but the customer could not be reached or lack of adequate or sufficient access for successful delivery of the order or lack of a suitable or safe place to keep or leave an order or the receiver does not meet the legal age requirements or upon delivery as it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the receive to accept items that are restricted.

You must ensure that you have enough money on your credit and debit cards to complete payment of an Order. Hayllo accepts responsibility for payments made on our Platforms insofar as they are needed, including refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolution, providing they are fair and justifiable and in line with these Terms.

Since some states or jurisdictions do not enable the omission or liability for incidental or consequential damages, the Hayllo organisations, its representatives, legislators, and service providers' responsibility shall be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law in such states or jurisdictions.
