Shipping Policy

Hayllo only ships within Malaysia & Singapore at the moment. Shipping location have to be visible in google map for a smooth delivery.

i. Standard Delivery

For Standard Delivery, your purchased item will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of online purchase.

Delivery fee that is free-of-charge is only applicable for West Malaysia deliveries with a purchase above RM150 in a single receipt.

ii. Express Delivery / Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery by GrabExpress or Lalamove can be arranged upon request. The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and vary depending on your location. You may check the delivery fee and distance from our shop to your location via Lalamove or GrabExpress.

iii. Scheduled Delivery

For the Scheduled Delivery, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time, and we will arrange the delivery within the specified time window of 10:30 am to 8:00 pm.

The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on your location. You can check the delivery fee and distance from our shop to your location via Lalamove or GrabExpress.

iv. In-Store Pickup

Please wait to receive a WhatsApp message from us confirming your order is ready for collection. Once you arrive, head to the counter and show your order receipt to our staff.

For pickup using GrabExpress or Lalamove, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6010-2877022 for pick-up arrangements.

We work tirelessly to ensure that your gifts reach to you as beautiful and in perfect condition as they departed us. Should your product(s) get  damaged in transit, please inform us promptly via WhatsApp at +6010-2877022 or email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We have a 7-day return policy for damaged products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The damaged products must be returned first before we can send out a replacement.
