Hayllo only ships within Malaysia & Singapore at the moment. Shipping location have to be visible in google map for a smooth delivery.

i. Standard Delivery

For Standard Delivery, your purchased item will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of online purchase.

Delivery fee that is free-of-charge is only applicable for West Malaysia deliveries with a purchase above RM150 in a single receipt.

ii. Express Delivery / Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery via GrabExpress or Lalamove can be arranged upon request and must be self-arranged by the customer. The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and varies depending on location. You may check the estimated fee and distance from our shop to your address via the respective apps.

iii. Scheduled Delivery

For scheduled delivery, you may specify your preferred date and time, and it will be arranged within our operating hours of 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Delivery must be self-arranged by the customer.

The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on your location. You may check the estimated fee and distance from our shop to your address via Lalamove or GrabExpress.

iv. In-Store Pickup

Please wait for our WhatsApp confirmation that your order is ready for collection. Upon arrival, kindly proceed to the counter and present your order receipt to our staff.

For pickup via GrabExpress or Lalamove, it must be self-arranged by the customer. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp at +6010-2877022 to coordinate pickup arrangements.

We offer a 7-days return policy for damaged items. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and the damaged item must be returned before a replacement is issued.
